Human Resource & Payroll Policy

PPCM/RES/2015-16/009 December 1, 2015

Establishes the complete framework for recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, leave, conduct, performance management, separation, and payroll administration. Ensures compliance with all applicable Indian labour laws including EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, POSH Act, and Maternity Benefit Act.

  • Safe recruitment with mandatory background verification, child-safety self-declaration, and two-member interview panels for all positions

Finance & Accounts Policy

Comprehensive rules, procedures, and internal controls governing all financial activities of the Trust — budgeting, accounting, reporting, tax compliance, and audit. Ensures 85% application of income under Sections 11/12, FCRA fund segregation, and full statutory compliance including ITR-7, Form 10B/10BB, and TDS filings.

  • Accrual-basis accounting with dual-signatory bank controls; no payment without authorised voucher and supporting documentation
  • Annual budget approval by Board before 31 March with monthly variance monitoring (10% threshold triggers explanation)
