Month 1
Rooted in Puppets Picture's Professional Photography & Photo Editing Course, this month builds the fundamental visual language every creator must speak fluently. Students train on Canon EOS 5D, R5C, R6, and R7 cameras — mastering exposure control, composition, natural and studio lighting, colour theory, and visual storytelling. Every great film, reel, thumbnail, or content piece begins with a strong visual sensibility, and this month builds exactly that.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 2
Built directly on Puppets Picture's Radio Jockey & Podcasting Course, this month transforms students into confident, studio-ready audio creators. Training covers breath control, diction, voice modulation, mic technique, studio console operation, signal flow, show formats, scripting for audio, interviewing techniques, and the full podcast platform ecosystem — all practiced inside the college's professional recording studio.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 3
Every creator needs a recognisable visual identity that audiences trust and remember. Drawing from Puppets Picture's Graphic Design + Digital Marketing Course, students learn design principles, typography, layout, colour psychology, and apply them practically to podcast covers, YouTube thumbnails, channel banners, film posters, and social media templates using Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 4
The powerhouse month for editors and filmmakers, built on Puppets Picture's Video Editing & VFX Master Classes (FMMC). Students master Adobe Premiere Pro for professional timeline editing, multi-camera workflows, pacing and transitions — then move into Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, compositing, and VFX. Colour grading using Lumetri Color and DaVinci Resolve, alongside sound design for OTT and web delivery, are central to this month's training.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 5
Built on Puppets Picture's flagship Filmmaking Course (FMMC), this month takes students through the complete pre-production and production pipeline. Story structure, character development, visual treatment, blocking for camera, shot design, lens choice, camera movement, lighting for drama, and production management — including scheduling, breakdowns, and budgeting — are covered in full. Screenwriting is taught as a structured discipline across three-act structure, scene construction, and dialogue writing.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 6
Sound is 50% of cinema and 100% of podcasting — yet it is the most neglected skill in creator education. Built on Puppets Picture's Music & Audio Production Course and the sound modules from the Filmmaking course, students learn DAW fundamentals — multi-track recording, MIDI, compression, EQ, reverb, and mixing — alongside how music scores create emotion in film and how sound design builds atmosphere for branded content.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 7
Great creators are strategists as much as artists. This month expands the Digital Marketing half of Puppets Picture's course into a full creator business education — covering platform-specific strategy for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Spotify, algorithm behaviour, content pillars, publishing cadence, analytics interpretation, and monetisation pathways including AdSense, brand collaborations, Patreon, podcast sponsorships, and merchandise.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 8
This month elevates the podcaster into a fully independent audio producer. Students study long-form interview architecture, guest research, crafting questions that produce compelling answers, managing energy and pacing over 30–60 minute episodes, multi-guest panel production, remote recording setups using Riverside.fm and Squadcast, and how to produce a branded podcast series for a company or organisation.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 9
The final month of the learning phase is a full-scale production sprint. Every student works on a Capstone Project integrating everything learned across 8 months — options include a short film, documentary short, branded content film, or a fully produced podcast season with video hybrid. Teams form around real industry roles: director, cinematographer, editor, sound designer, and content strategist — mirroring actual production house structure.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 10
This month is dedicated entirely to guest masterclasses from working industry professionals — editors from OTT platforms, documentary filmmakers, podcast producers, brand content heads, social media strategists, YouTube creators, and RJs from leading radio stations. Following Puppets Picture's established tradition of industry immersion, students attend live news channel and studio visits, with each masterclass session followed by Q&A and a one-on-one critique of the student's capstone work.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 11
This month activates Puppets Picture's full placement support system — portfolio reviews, industry referrals, and direct connections to the college's established media network. Mock interviews are conducted for video editing, content production, podcast production, cinematography assistance, and digital marketing roles. Students practice on-camera presenting, audition reels, cold outreach scripts, and client pitch presentations for freelance filmmaker work.
Monthly Hours: ~60 hrs
Month 12
The student's public debut. The Graduation Showcase is a real industry event — a screening and presentation where students show their capstone films, podcast episodes, and creator portfolios to an invited audience of industry professionals, potential employers, media partners, and family. The month also covers creator business setup — registering as a freelancer, invoicing and contracts, approaching YouTube's Partner Programme, Spotify podcast promotion, and building a sustainable content business beyond college.

Learning doesn't stop at graduation.
All Puppets Picture College program graduates are entitled to audit any subject class completely free of cost to revisit and strengthen skills in weaker areas. This policy reflects Puppets Picture's lifelong commitment to its graduate community — because a skill gap identified after graduation deserves the same attention as one identified on Day 1.
Alumni must contact Puppets Picture College and request audit permission before the class date — not on the day of the class. Early requests ensure smooth coordination with faculty and batch scheduling.
Approval is granted based on available seating in that specific session and confirmation from the faculty member. Audit seats are limited per class to protect the enrolled students' learning experience.
Audit access is granted for one subject at a time and is intended for genuine skill-strengthening in a specific weaker area — not full course re-attendance or repeated access across all modules.
Alumni are expected to maintain full classroom decorum and must not disrupt the learning experience of currently enrolled students. Audit access is a privilege extended with trust.
There are no fees, no conditions, and no hidden charges for alumni audit sessions. This is Puppets Picture's unconditional investment in its graduate community.
All graduates remain active members of the Puppets Picture Alumni Network and are invited to all future industry events, graduation showcases, and masterclasses — long after the program ends.
Once a Puppets Picture student, always a Puppets Picture student.
A rigorous, fair process that identifies motivated learners and supports them to succeed.
